Currently the API returns the bootstrap servers that it (the API) uses to connect to the Kafka cluster. We should consider whether the bootstrap servers that an end user or other application will use to connect could be different.

It probably could be, so we should support placement of an additional annotation eyefloaters.github.com/public-listener to indicate to the API which listener is published via the Console (versus the one the console itself uses)
