Configure LDM to enable search

The LDM instance needs to be configured to provide a basic search over the DCAT based data.

For a better user experience I will add the extension https://github.com/stadt-karlsruhe/ckanext-discovery to CKAN.
I will enable the tag cloud, the search suggestions and similar datasets features.

I will come back to this issue when we have MatVoc specific metadata in the LDM.

The discovery CKAN extension does not work with the updated CKAN version. Thus a good search has to be ensured or additional features have to be implemented when the metadata is enriched with classification and MatVoc specifics.
