koji build failed for libblkid-rs

My guess is that this line should be switched to libc::c_char.

We will most likely need to release a new release upstream. The spec file does not need to change at all so the package review does not need any additional steps.

An additional note that either koji scratch builds or builds on all supported architectures in Fedora in COPR should be run before package review whenever possible in the future as it will cover failure cases like this. Architectures in question:

• armv7hl
• i686
• x86_64
• aarch64
• ppc64le
• s390x
