Create a table to store:

Types of predefined responses
Rows of actual responses

Much in the same way as referrals.

Then create routes:

Route for individual donor to set a reason (to be used in min side)

Then create a simple overview in looker studio:

Simple overview in looker studio for agreements cancelled reasons
