Expected behavior

Cache article enable login with post-quantum encryption algorithms could be named steem-js-pq

Actual behavior

Simply steem-js

How to reproduce

Environment information

Let the team choose the best suited platform and provider (NPM) for the use as well.

Like this could be the start of a module to use with NPM in order to build wallet and everything else with more ease.
