Use Twemoji for a consistent look for emojis cross-platform

As a user, I want my emojis to look the same no matter what device my recipient uses. I think Twemoji is a great free open-source implementation of this that platforms like Signal, Matrix, and Discord use.

This consistency ensures that the emojis look the same and make sense across all platforms. Status Desktop already uses Twemoji, and so adding it to Status React would be a nice addition to ensure consistency.
