Display routing fee to the user #260

a hunter had 1,000,118 sats and withdrew 1MM. The routing fee cleaned his account and left him with 0 sats so he couldn’t chat with me.

Is there a way we can add a routing fee to our UI so they can estimate how much to keep in their sphinx chat?

Mobile iOS also doesn’t show the routing fee.

Another example is withdrawing 10 sats and the balance getting subtracted for more than that.
