Allow to open side panel in new window

We applied some navigation changes recently to avoid opening a new window for each view you want to navigate to. For that we implemented a Dashboar popup that will appear over the Dashboard with a semi transparent background (used for Profile for example) and one side panel (that opens in the right side of the Dashboard windows (used for tribe details, contact details, threads, etc)

We will add a new button that will allow you to open the side panel into a new window. This will allow the user to navigate out of the chat he is in but still have the side panel open in a new window.
