[Bug]: Frontmatter Tags Ignored?? #1154

Describe the bug

It appears that for some reason, frontmatter tags are no longer detected and a lot of my flashcards aren't being picked up by spaced repetition anymore.

For example, using the following note:

Logic Levels.md

There are many flashcards present in the note, and I have the #concept tag in my spaced repetition settings for flashcards.

When I select review, none of these flashcards show up:

But as soon as I add the #concept tag into the markdown, they show up:

This never used to be the case, is anyone else getting this problem..?

To Reproduce

Create a note with flashcards and add the tag to the frontmatter instead of the note body.

Expected behavior

Frontmatter tags to count for flashcard detection.
