Alternative for fish users

Inspired by Bats, and also because I love TAP, I wrote Fishtape for Fish.

What about adding a note or link to the README for fish users?

@pickfire What do you mean? Like bats, Fishtape is a TAP producer and test harness. Bats is cool and fish users that stumble upon this might wonder if there is something like that for fish.
