the latest and ubuntu images crash on missing "chpasswd"

In the minimal os images, the link from /usr/bin/passwd to /usr/bin/chpasswd is not present, causing entrypoint.sh to crash.

After a bit more investigation - it is probably not related to missing chpasswd, but has something to do how I run the container. Will do further debugging and update. (I am running the image in kubernetes, when I run it from the command line it works, when I deploy it via manifest, it doesn't. However, I currently see no difference in arguments, Environment etc. As I said, I will debug..
