allow the values "contributing" and "technical" for the @role attribute on tei:editor elements. For BQG records, Thomas A. Carlson is listed as a contributing editor, and David A. Michelson and William L. Potter are listed as technical editors. Note that we are also using "technical" as a value for this attribute in the Caesarea Maritima project

@dlschwartz I believe we want to port this change to the general Syriaca schema (but correct me if I'm wrong @davidamichelson ).
