Hi, I'm new to using CellChat so I'm sorry if this has already been answered. I saw this figure in a paper on bioRxiv that said it used CellChat, and I was wondering if it was possible to replicate or at least produce something similar to this type of circle plot where it has the arrows showing the interactions and the LR names on the outside (or also the pathway names)?
I'm aware the bubble plot displays similar information but I would prefer it in a circle/circos plot format for consistency with some other data I'm working with.
Thank you very much for your help!
