I'm Alan Pope, a 1972 vintage meatbag from the UK.

I used to tell people I'm "not a developer" really, but that's becoming less and less true as I hack and share things.

I've worked on mobile apps for Ubuntu Phone, and maintained a bunch of snap applications in the snap store. More recently I'm learning Go. I like using shell scripts for all manner of things, so you'll see a few of those here.

Sometimes I live stream over on Twitch or YouTube.

Any funds donated here will be used to improve the content on the videos, and help me to improve, and maybe one day I'll actually believe I am a developer :)
