I don't know if it crashes someone else around the dead guy because there was only me
And "by hand" I mean with a sword or any other melee attack, commands/bows do NOT crash

I'm running Paper version git-Paper-484 (MC: 1.16.5) (Implementing API version 1.16.5-R0.1-SNAPSHOT) and tested without any other plugin
Here is the error that appears on the console when i get disconnected: [Error file]

Also: I cannot set the game mode of the fake player using /gamemode 0 for example, I need to use /gamemode @a or use plugins

With more testing I also found #27
