Describe the bug

With Glarity enabled, Gmail becomes very slow, apparently. 🥲

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Mac OS 13.5.2 (22G91)
Browser: Both Brave Version 1.61.109 Chromium: 120.0.6099.144 (Official Build) (arm64) and Chrome Version 120.0.6099.129 (Official Build) (arm64)
Version v3.52.13
