Disabled select field has different styling than a typical input field #4048

Describe The Bug

The styling on a disabled select field isn't consistent with the disabled styling of other input fields.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Goto 'https://angular.sparkdesignsystem.com/?path=/docs/components-input-text--text-input#disabled' and compare the styling to 'https://angular.sparkdesignsystem.com/?path=/docs/components-input-select--disabled-select-box#disabled'

Expected Behavior

The styling on the select component adds an opacity and is also not as tall as a standard input component.
