Improve GUI of identity details

It contain:

• smesher events
• eligibilities
• proposals
• rewards

We need to render it in a better way somehow. I'm open for proposals.

Smesher events also can be mapped to the timeline objects.
In other words, clicking on smesher event may select the corresponding object on the timeline.
