Can't export and produce a 1080 by 1920 video, it ends up as 1040 by 1920. #693

When exporting to video I set the height and width to 1080px by 1920px. The SVG is 1080px by 1920px. The JSON file shows 1080px by 1920px everywhere I check, SVG, Sozi ouput html file JSON file it all shows 1080 by 1920 and correctly displays as full screen 1080 by 1920. Yet the produced video no matter what format ends up as 1040 by 1920 with a black or sometimes white border. Any ideas as to what could cause this? Love Sozi, I just have to get over this last hurdle. |

Ok Solved. There was an earlier post with a similar issued not resolved. But the explanation is that Sozi displays and produces screen shots of the video as it is exporting. What you see in the screen during the video exporting is what you get. In windows if your taskbar is locked the display window can't reach the full screen so it was cutting off down to 1040 instead of 1080. Solution: unlock the taskbar so the export window can reach the full screen at the resolution now matches 1080 by 1920 and all is good with the world. |
