[Fio] Latency Graphs show Mb/s #11

Latency graphs for Fio show Mb/s as a unit on the left axis, when it should be a unit of time.

If memory serves it should be usec (or 10^-6 seconds). Appropriate scaling to milliseconds would be the most readable
