Vague error message after uploading accessions

Expected Behavior

After submitting accessions during upload and when I try to navigate to another page in BB, this error message pops up. It does not seem to cause an issue with the actual upload, but would make someone think there is an issue.

@hkmanching , thanks for letting us know. think this is a DB-specific issue. Have not seen this issue while was working on accession upload recently. Is the DB that your using is updated with the latest version of sgn-397.0 ??.
