Wallet Sign Transaction Not Popping up #6

Currently following the docs code examples and testing this template. Both gives me the same output.

Whenever i click the buttons that this template has, it proceeds me to my wallet but a transac signature confirmation is not popping up..

and sometimes it gives me this error: com.solana.mobilewalletadapter.clientlib.scenario.LocalAssociationScenario$ConnectionFailedException: Unable to connect to websocket server

what seems to be the problem?, can't find any solution online
