Adding a fork test attribution is marked by the LS, but the test runs fine

1. Create a Starknet Foundry fork test
2. Open the file with Vscode

1. Make sure you have snforge_std in deps
2. Please try enabling proc macro support in the settings (off by default now)

Enabling proc macros indeed seems to solve, but now another test (with shoud_panic) has an issue

This is a diagnostic emitted by cairo-test. It is currently globally enabled, we are working on it #76, starkware-libs/cairo#6840.
