I follow the guide in the wiki,this is the last-grive-sync.txt file.No SD was inserted

the last-grive-sync.txt contains line "Please run grive with the "-a" option if this is the first time you're accessing your Google Drive!". That message comes from grive and it means that grive is not yet initialized. You must first give grive permissions to access your google drive.

Can you redo section "Setup grive" from the installation instructions (https://github.com/softapalvelin/kobo-grive-sync/wiki/install#setup-grive) and test if it starts working?
