Dan Katz is now transcribed and mostly edited.

It appears @martintoreilly began this in March, so I've just finished it off in the same fashion.

There's quite a few names that will need reviewing for correctness (I did the few I was familiar with, or found a clear link via Google). Likewise, he references an IEEE & USRSE joint career guide that should be published now, would be good to link assuming it's publicly available.

The second half of the last question had an unclear segue, so it's quite heavily edited for readability (thanks ChatGPT).

I expect you'll want to give it a final pass @stefpiatek but it should now be very close to sending for review.
