Hi,

It seems that currently it is required to have a cluster in the VCenter, otherwise I can't get the clone to work..
Is it possible to deploy to a standalone host in the VCenter? If yes, could you please send me an example "config.yml" which I can use?

thanks a lot,
Marius

@maneamarius I'm not sure if a single host depolyment would work, I've never tried. You could try setting cluster in config.yml to the single ESXi host name. I can't guarantee that will work though.

Alternatively, perhaps you can create a cluster in vCenter that consists of the single host?

I've tried everything I could think of.. I can't make it work with standalone host...
I ended up doing what you said in the meanwhile.. created a cluster and added this host to the cluster.
But we shouldn't do that, ezmomi should be able to work with standalone host.. :(

@maneamarius thanks for the feedback about the limitation and your solution. Doubtful I will have time to implement single host provisioning, but I will leave this here as a feature request.
