SMtube wont play videos in WindowsXP SP3 but plays in Windows XP SP3 Integral Edition 2024.6.6

Describe the bug
SMtube does not play videos in Windows XP SP3 with vlc 3.0.4.17 but plays smoothly only in Windows XP SP3 Integral Edition 2024.6.6

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
In a clean install of Windows XP SP3 with portable SMPLAYER (last version)

1. Go to SMPLAYER portable folder
2. Click on SMTUBE.EXE, tonvid appears in screen
3. Select any video and choose to play with vlc
4. error window appears in vlc

Expected behavior
The same steps described above with a clean install of WXP Integral Edition 2024.6.6 except for step 4;

• OS:Windows XP SP3 (Official) and Windows XP SP3 Integral Edition 2024.6.6 (Non-Official)

Additional context
Surely the reason becase SMTube is not working in a clean WXPSP3 installation is because it's lacking one of the additional packages or codecs or "hotfixes" added to integral edition; I would like to know if developer knows which of this "additions" could be missing in a clean oficial WXPSP3 installation because I installed the non oficial WXPSP3 Integral edition only for testing purposes.
