注意:'sign' 关键字不能修改为其他的
H.265并没有在Adobe的官方规范里实现,这里使用id 12作为标识,也是国内绝大多数云服务商使用的id号

NodeMediaServer 使用ffmpeg实现RTMP/RTSP的中继服务。
静态拉流模式在服务启动时执行,当发生错误时自动重连。可以是一个直播流,也可以是一个本地文件。理论上并不限制是RTSP或RTMP协议
