Notify Admin when either occurs
Notify Admin if last block hasn't been updated in over (config amount of time)

Notify Admin when bitcoind has alerts.

Baron config.js should have heckler config and e-mail address to e-mail the admin.

Notify Admin of Invalid transactions.
