Subscribe to Auction Reminder Notices

To better keep interested vendors in the loop, users should be able to opt-in subscribe to notifications of future auctions.

• When an auction begins and one day before ending they receive an e-mail of reminder.
  • (Perhaps generalize this as an array of time offsets relative to the scheduled end of auction time. It can then be customized during auction creation.)
• They may login to the system and unsubscribe at any time.
• These notifications can also be helpful in the event of important announcements from the administrator.
