10.4.5

Steps to Reproduce

Pass textSelectionThemeData to QuillEditorConfigurations, others props work properly but the selectionHandleColor.

Expected results

The selection handler always show white color no matter what color I pass to the selectionHandleColor

I guess this issue was already fixed on the current versions of the Flutter Quill. Can you test if the issue persist in v10.8.5 or v11.0.0-dev.21 versions?
