Bug description

It is not possible to select more contacts.
ContactAccessPicker hides itself after typing in the 'Search' field.

Steps to reproduce

  • Have Contacts set to 'Limited Access' in the Settings
  • Tap upper right button 'New Message'
  • Tap 'Manage' under search field then 'Select More Contacts'
  • Start typing and see the whole UI fade away

Device: iPhone 15 Pro

iOS version: 18.0 - 18.0.1
