The best that I can determine is that each user is required to enter in their own "version" of a form.
On the surface, this does look like redundant effort during the setup portion.
Is there a way to make a form available across the user base?

This is work in progress; I have yet to decide if it's better to have it set for a whole practice or to have it in a universal repository where once can just pick and choose what forms they would like to have.
Since we are a therapy based practice, I am not sure how relevant "medical" forms would be for us ... especially as we would need to "wade" through the list. If you do choose a universal repository, I would suggest a means of tagging them with categories.
On the the other side of the argument, for a practice based solution, if we can attach logos to the forms for printable/faxable submission, it helps the insurance companies, (et. al.) track the submissions more "effectively". (cheesy smirk)
By any chance, do you have a desired target date for roll out of this feature?
