Reminders on task screen do not update when an order is deleted

physician creates an order
physician clicks on tasks button on top nav bar
physician clicks on reminders tile
physician views newly create order
physician assigns order to assistant
assistant sees order on reminder tile and clicks and see order
physician then deletes the order

Reminder tile does not update and both the physician and assist still see the order and unable to delete reminder
