Big job icon and party number doesn't work properly

During raids, alliance raid, trials with the option "Big job icon and party number " the player number disappears and appears all the time. It work properly in dungeons.

They instead of remaining up during combat in any form of going in Duty, Alliance, Trial etc.
It'll be up then when they get into combat it goes away. My own will stay though.

I have tested various name plate setups and it's always the same.
I mostly only just want to see my party group in Raid type content anyways. And does help me see who is where in the chaos.

Hope this is fixable.
