Taco Soup

Approximately 12 servings

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 cup diced onions
  • 2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 1/4-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 (15 1/2-ounce) cans pinto beans
  • 1 (15 1/2-ounce) can kidney beans
  • 2 (4 1/2-ounce) cans diced green chiles
  • 1 (4.6-ounce) can black olives, drained & sliced
  • 1 (1 1/4-ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (1-ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix
  • Sour cream
  • Grated cheese
  • Corn chips
  1. Brown ground beef and onions, and drain fat
  2. Combine gound beef, onions and other ingredients (except sour cream, grated cheese and corn chips) in slow cooker
  3. Cook for 6-8 hours
  4. Serve with sour cream, grated cheese and corn chips
