- 1 white onion, peeled.
- Bunch of cilantro, long bottom stems removed (stems between leaves are fine).
- Juice of one lime.
- Dice white onion into 0.50 inch dice.
- Roughly chop cilantro.
- Add onion and cilantro to a bowl with the lime juice and mix thoroughly.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
