Adding Catppuccin Bat Themes

I think it would be great to add Catppuccin themes to the standard bat package.

Catppuccin repositories have over 20k ⭐️ on GitHub.

I understand that adding a custom theme is not too difficult, but it might be challenging for new users.

I believe it’s time to bring Bat and Catppuccin together! 👍
