Hi,

Firstly thank you for your amazing work!

  1. I've deployed the latest version of the appliance and tried to connect to our Veeam VBR Management Server, we use VBR 12.1.2.172 Enterprise Licensed.
  2. I have created a read-only user and gave him the "Veeam Backup Viewer" role and checked if the Windows Service (VeeamBackupRESTSvc) is running with Local System Account
  3. Then went to the Veeam Credential Store in SexiGraf and tried to add the Server.

However i received:
Wrong username/password, AccessDenied or no answer at TCP:9419

  • I copy pasted the password and could log in to the VBR Server so i don't think it's a typo.
  • I use the correct IP/DNS (tried both)
  • Source and Destination Server are on the same network.
  • Destination(VBR) has the local firewall deactivated (for troubleshooting)
  • I checked the communication and i can see the no rejects, hence no firewall issue.

Did you do something else when you tested it to make it work?

Thanks in advance :)

BR

Can you try to run the connect script in ssh and tell me what you got in return please
/sexigraf/opt/sexigraf/VbrConnect.ps1 -server x.x.x.x -username user@domain -password ********
