Update MozillaBuild in MozTools to 4.1 #4

MozillaBuild 4.1 was released in Jan 2024, and the changelog can be found here. In my testing so far, there are no compatibility issues. Although it's not a big change, it's best to keep it up to date.

The latest mozmake is also updated to 4.4.1. (Currently 4.3 in MozTools)
