[Google Search API] Add category for all items in immersive_products

A customer requested to add a category for every item on the immersive_products. In the example given, we only add it on the "in stores nearby" while there are other "categories" like:

• Popular products
• More products
• etc

There’s one layout I’m unsure about. Which category should we display: “Shop by Store” or more specific ones like “Portland Leather Goods,” “The Sak,” or “Quince”?
