Should not enable to update channel name

🐞 Bug description

Currently user can update channel name, but the name is reverted to original name after refresh or logout and login game

🔢 Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Play game with any role
2. Update name of a channel
3. Refresh page
4. Notice name of channel is reverted

⚙️ Expected behavior

Should not enable to update channel name. Or the channel name will not revert after refresh or logout/login game play.
