Add markdown notes & Favourite button/dashboard

It is really neccessary due to collaborative mode (multiplayer) add panel of Favourite (example: mark some web URLs from big scope), also add field of notes for URL-address (Markdown Editor) to make some notes about web resource

Add Favourite button in Main panel
Add panel with panels cookies, headers, log, etc with notes (markdown)
