Show "New Version" button on workflows within "My Items" page

Describe the bug
On WorkflowHub, when I view the Workflows tab on the My Items page, the Edit, Manage, and Delete buttons are displayed, but not the button to add a new version. It's not clear that you need to go to the actual workflow page to create a new version.

I have just been on a call with a user who was confused by this, though the screenshot is from my account on dev.workflowhub.eu.

Expected behavior
There is a button to create a new version when viewing workflows under My Items.
