Follow last page feature

The application should allow the user to enable following the last page of the document on the live preview in the application. Whenever the user is viewing the last page on the live preview and during the edition of the document, the number of pages increases, the user is automatically moved to the last page.

Acceptance criteria:

1. Setting to enable/disable following last page is available for user to configure this
2. The setting is enabled by default
3. When I'm viewing the last page of the document, no matter what edits I perform, I'll remain viewing the last page on the live preview
