Homepage layout changes on smaller screens as the right panel moves to the bottom, unlike the notification page that stays consistent across all screen sizes.

A way where all three panels are visible without any layout changes in the UI.

Describe alternatives you've considered
For smaller screens, we could implement a design modification where the display is set to flex. This approach optimizes the use of limited screen space while still providing access to the sidebar's functionality on demand.
