I would like to implement the functionality for users to update the tutorial title. This can be achieved by implementing an interactive user interface, such as a modal or an input field, where users can enter a new title. Additionally, buttons for updating and canceling the operation should be provided.
In addition, this feature request involves updating the Redux action responsible for handling the tutorial title. The Redux action should be extended to include a mechanism for updating the tutorial title in the application state.

The absence of a title update functionality may hinder the overall usability of the application. A well-designed solution would enhance the user experience by allowing users to easily modify tutorial titles as needed.
