RHEL8.10 pip errors when using RPM #41

Hi @schorschii,

When using your rpm on RHEL8.10, I am getting some weird pip errors as per screenshot below. I am using pip 21.3.1 on this box but the rpm weirdly errors out when running setup.py, it is reporting pip 9.0.3 (which is not installed) then it detects the installed 21.3.1 after the error is generated... Any ideas here?
