Publish SonaType Central: [GENERIC_ERROR] java/net/http/HttpTimeoutException

Hi guys,

I am trying to publish to my new sonaType central and getting this generic error:

Looks like it's not an sbt-ci-release issue but sbt-sonatype: xerial/sbt-sonatype#518
