Sanity Is Actually Embed Or It is just for Next Js ?

I'm facing a question. I was trying to embed Sanity Studio with a React app created with Vite. At the beginning, it seemed to make sense, but as I progressed, I realized it was complicated, at least not as easy as I thought. This is mainly because there isn't enough documentation available. It seems that most examples encourage the use of the default configuration or at least a template. However, after some research, I found interesting information, but it's mostly related to Next.js. I'm curious about other ways to embed Sanity Studio. Is it highly recommended not to do it, or if you do, is it preferable to use Next.js
